1. Acceptance of These Terms

By purchasing a ticket, attending an event, or using any website, mobile application, or other service operated by Breckenridge Productions LLC (collectively, “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website and, where required by law, we will notify you via email or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase tickets or attend 18+ events. Entry to events with age restrictions is subject to valid, unexpired, government‑issued photo identification.

4. Ticket Purchase & Delivery

Tickets may be sold directly by us or through authorized third‑party platforms (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS). By purchasing, you agree to their separate terms and fees. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in Section 9. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers.

5. Pricing & Fees

Ticket prices, facility fees, service charges, and taxes are disclosed at checkout. Prices may change without notice until your purchase is confirmed. Promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively.

6. Admissions & Re‑entry

Admission is subject to venue capacity, security screening, and compliance with these Terms. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone violating the Code of Conduct (Section 7) without refund. Re‑entry policies vary by venue and are posted at the entrance.

7. Code of Conduct

We strive to create a high‑energy, all‑inclusive, and safe environment. You agree to:

  • Treat all guests, staff, and artists with respect.

  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, violence, or illegal activity.

  • Follow all venue rules, security instructions, and local laws.

  • Consent to reasonable searches of your person or belongings. Prohibited items include but are not limited to weapons, illegal substances, professional recording equipment, and outside alcohol. Violation may result in ejection and referral to law enforcement.

8. Age Restrictions & ID Requirements

Most United We Dance events are 18+, but age policies vary. Always check the event listing. A physical (not digital) government‑issued ID (driver’s license, passport, or state ID) is required.

9. Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

All sales are non‑refundable except when:

  1. The event is canceled in its entirety, or

  2. Local consumer‑protection law grants you a right to refund. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date; no automatic refunds will be issued. Any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, minus non‑refundable service fees, within 30 days.

10. Event Changes & Force Majeure

Artist lineups, set times, and event components are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including acts of God, pandemic, government order, or venue unavailability).

11. Media Release & Recordings

By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded and grant Breckenridge Productions LLC the perpetual, worldwide right to use your likeness for promotional or commercial purposes without compensation. Personal, non‑commercial photos and short clips (≤ 60 seconds) are allowed unless prohibited by the artist or venue.
